COMPLAINTS POLICY
- Lay Clients, professional clients and licensed
access clients have a right to complain about the service I provide.
- Complaints must be made in writing addressed to
me at: Chambers of Mr Keith Pitts, 2 Meeting Lane, Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, SG8 6AN.
- I will make every endeavour to resolve any
complaint made; and will respond in writing within 20 working days of receipt of the complaint.
- If I am unable to resolve the complaint to the
satisfaction of the complainer, the complaint may be referred to the Legal Services ombudsman:
