Services and Fees

FEES

I charge for my services either on the basis of an hourly rate or fixed fee.

When I accept Instructions on the basis of hourly rate, I will provide an estimate of the likely cost of carrying out those instructions, if possible, and update that estimate as the work progresses.

Fixed fees are appropriate when the extent of the service I am to provide can be reasonably assessed.

My hourly rate is currently £250.00 plus VAT.

LICENSED AND PUBLIC ACCESS

I am authorised by the Bar Standards Board to accept instructions from members of professional bodies and organisations licensed to instruct a barrister directly.

I am authorised by the Bar Standards Board to accept instructions from members of public direct subject to the Bar Council's regulations for Direct Access.

I am authorised by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation.
